Retail Finish Carpenter
We are looking for skilled finish carpenters to install custom architectural millwork and fixture packages in retail, restaurant and hospitality environments throughout the United States. Lead supervisor experience is a plus, but not required. Travel will be required in this position.
REQUIREMENTs
- Proven experience as finish carpenter
- Prior experience with installation of wood baseboard, crown molding, wall cabinets, and cash wraps
- Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp project requirements
- Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
- Cut, shape and fabricate wood and other material according to measurements
- Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.)
- Solid surface, laminate and metal experience a plus
- Workers compensation and general liability insurance is a plus
